It's Time for Predictions

It's time for a bi-annual tradition (at least a tradition starting tomorrow) -- Awarding the coveted and prestigious Blue Star to the Dude who comes closest to predicting the outcome of tomorrow's election. Why a Blue Star? Because the Dudes would never award a Red one!

So will the woman to your left become the new House Speaker?

This Dude predicts Democrats +24 in the House and +5 in the Senate. Get your picks in now!

My picks: +22 house, +4 Senate. I don't have much faith in the Dems in engineering elections. The GOP is just too good at stealing them. I don't think we can take Va, Montana or Missouri. At most, 1 of the 3.

I don't have faith in the citizens of Virginia to do the right thing, but maybe I'm not giving them enough credit. We'll see, I guess.

And Montana gets representation in Congress? Since when?

That's why we need Tylwalk tuned in tomorrow -- a fresh perspective from one of the hottest election states. Montana (apparently) be damned!

Republicans stealing elections?

Damn, I can't believe I forgot that the Montana race was the one that featured Conrad Burns!

That being said, Montana is a nondescript, mostly empty state, and I'm still not sure why they get to send people to Congress. Maybe they should be allowed to send horses or cattle instead...
