A Night of Legends

It's a big night ahead tonight at the AAC. Chris Duhon, Luol Deng, Dirk Nowitzki, The Jet, Rachel Cohen...I can hardly sit still at my desk with all the anticipation.

i wonder if Rachel will be able to take a break from her blogging on the DMN to comment here?

Uh oh Dude, one game later and the Rockets' lead is down to 1.5...and the sleeping giant is slowly awaking.

let he who has actually beaten the spurs cast the first stone

based on that 20-1 run last night, you've yet to even find the stone. our second chance comes next week.

Am I the first non-dude to comment? Does that get me in the HOF, Vic? Seeing Duhon last night brought back memories of the Airborne game when the loudest cheer was students chanting his name during his recruiting visit - and an enterprising young reporter named Neal Morgan scrambling to find a pen to get the scoop.

Someone other than a Dude made a comment? My eyes are getting all misty.

awesome! welcome to the blog Dave Berger.

Funny story about Berger. There was a rather quirky girl that lived in my dorm my 1st year of law school. She came back while I was in the commons area watching TV one night, and said, "I met someone from your school on my JDate date tonight." I asked, "Oh really? Who was it?" She responded, "Dave Berger." I told her, "Great! What did you think of him?" She replied, "I hope he calls again."

Sadly, I don't think Berger ever called again.

I wonder if Dave Berger has opened the Dave Berger Coliseum in Chicago, where all sporting events would take place and Dave Berger would deliver the story as only Dave Berger can.
Dave Berger. Dave Berger.
