Dude....Not Dude

Outspoken comedian and liberal radio host Al Franken announced Wednesday that he intends to run for the U.S. Senate from his home state of Minnesota.

"You know, I hate gay people, so I let it be known," Hardaway said. "I don't like gay people and I don't like to be around gay people. I am homophobic. I don't like it. It shouldn't be in the world or in the United States."

Obviously, Tim Hardaway would rather play with Shavlik Randolph on his team than Dirk Nowitzki.

My favorite part of that quote is where Hardaway says something to the effect of, "I don't think there should be any gay people in the world, OR in the United States." You know, I think Timmy and Dubya share the same worldview!!

You beat me to it. When I read Timmy's comments, my first thought was that he should have kept his mouth shut. And the second was, "Wait, the United States isn't part of the world?"
