Another Sign They're Not a Dynasty

Two days have gone by and three of us have been remiss to mention, what of the shenanigans of the New England Cheatriots?

I think the penalty should be that the Patriots give the Jets their 1st round picks in 2008 and 2009, and that Bill Bellicheck should be suspended from having any contact with his team for the next game against the Jets.

I think Dudespin's favorite Patriots' fan would agree a much stiffer punishment would be to force Bellicheck to grade sophomore essays for a year. I guarantee he would never even think about "cheating" again.
But I can't imagine Goodell being that pissed off.

I have nothing to say. I keep hoping that a story will run explaining it as a simple misunderstanding, but I fear if that were the case, I would have seen that story by now.

If true, I am ashamed of my favorite team and embarrassed by Bellicheck. the loss of draft picks is fair, and I can't defend them in any way. Though Big Daddy, no man deserves the cruel fate you propose.

That said, I would have preferred them to cheat this week against San Diego or last January against the Colts than to cheat in such a lopsided affair.

Oh, I meant to throw in a joke mocking how you spelled Belichick wrong throughout the post, but then I got depressed and forgot. Well, I'm sure there's an accusation for me to throw to distract you from the point of this post.
