A Speech Obama Couldn't Give a Year Ago

For most of 2007, Barack Obama was a candidate most African-Americans thought wasn't black enough, and was behind Hillary in most demographic polls. Now, with black support in the low 90s, and his status secure, he can go back home to Chicago and give great speeches like this. If ever there was a president who actually could cause social change in the inner city, this is the one.
